some issues detracted from the stay

broken drain noise issue

the staff was friendly enough, i guess.

The bathroom had a light that kept blinking all night, and nobody fixed it even after i told them. the drain in the shower was also broken. It felt dangerous. our room did not have proper soundproofing and i could here too much noise.

lack of soundproofing ground floor noise

i wasn't too thrilled about the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. there was a school nearby, and the noise was quite disruptive (it really made it hard to relax). also, our room was on the ground floor. street noise at night was pretty bad. it's a pity.

the hotel provides good parking prices near the premises. breakfast has variety. location was great for access to the city center.

i had no ability to control temperature in my room. it was very hot and uncomfortable. staff said the system is shut off in winter.

the hotel's location was central, offering easy access to nearby attractions. the underground central parking provided convenient and secure parking. the breakfast selection was diverse and satisfying. the hotel staff were always helpful, assisting with any requests i had.

the room design included a shower area without a door, reducing privacy when sharing the room.
